Im bored smoking a cigarette in the kitchen and call for my slave to come over. I make him lie down next to the chair and commence to strangle him with my feet while still sitting on the chair. Then I drop down on him and sit on his chest so I can use my arms to smother him. When I take my hands off his mouth and nose I blow the cigarette smoke right into his face - thats good enough air for him. After finishing my cigarette I sit down on his stomach and smother him with my feet some more and finally I stand on his chest with one foot while the other foot keeps his mouth and nose shut :-.
