Two Feet One Throat

I am standing on Petes neck with both high-heeled shoes of my feet while he is on the floor with his forearms tied, so he can not tap out easily. Right at the first time when i am standing on his neck i knock him out and he passes out for a few seconds. We have never done this before. But its fun, so we continue. Enjoy me taking total control over his breathing. Its total power over him.
